Quality of Life and Relationship Satisfaction was measured using The World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL Group, 1997) and Couples Satisfaction Index (Funk & Rogge, 2007) respectively. The data was analyzed using SPSS and Process macro.  Results showed significant positive relationship between humor styles, mindfulness and quality of life among patients with cardiovascular diseases. Relationship satisfaction emerges as significant mediator on relationship between humor, mindfulness and quality of life among cardiovascular diseases patients The study will contribute to the existing literature and will be helpful to create awareness among people about humor and mindfulness as coping techniques.
