Abstract
Nigelliotherapy is proposed as a novel integrative, meaning-centered bio-adaptive signal framework that bridges biological science, psychoneuroimmunology, symbolic cognition, and culturally grounded healing traditions. Rooted in Islamic epistemology and contemporary complexity medicine, this framework reconceptualizes Nigella sativa not as a simple pharmacological agent but as a tangible, multidimensional therapeutic signal embedding biological, psychological, spiritual, historical, cultural, and contextual meanings. Therapeutic signaling is operationalized through graded S-, M-, and SM-series solutions, designed to function below material biochemical thresholds, ensuring safety and compatibility with mainstream medicine, psychotherapy, and clinical care.
